find out about adult ADHD and How to take control of your symptoms!
You have found your way onto my new blog, ADHD Mum of Three, a place where you can find out what it’s like to learn to take control of your ADHD instead of letting it control you. I was diagnosed with adult ADHD about five years ago, but I’ve had ADHD all my life, I just didn’t know about it. Two of my three children also have ADHD, all three also have an Autistic Spectrum Condition, so life in my house can get a little ‘colourful’! If you want to read more about me you can do so be clicking here.
Here at ADHD Mum of Three I will be talking about all things ADHD, from what it is, what it means for me and therefore what it may mean for you, how I combat the challenges that it presents for me and there will be some stories on less successful attempts along the way. This is my journey, but each of us has their own journey to follow, and this blog can help you on your way.
This isn’t going to be a heavy science blog, there is plenty of information out there already if you have a brain that can process it, what I aim to do is to make it easy to understand and explain it in a way that is less daunting. I will be watching a number of seminars, reading books and articles and summarising them so that you don’t have to!
I aim to post two to three times per week, if I can keep my own adult ADHD in check, so please bookmark this page or follow this blog to stay informed of what is going on!
